Kyra Minturn

 Kyraminturn Sedgwick was conceived on August 19th, 1965. She is an American actress and producer. She is best known for her starring role as deputy Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson on the TNT crime drama The Closer. Sedgwick was awarded two Emmy Awards in 2010 as well as 2007 for her portrayal Johnson. The show ended on the 13, 2012, following the conclusion of its seventh season. Sedgwick is also well-known for her recurring role in the role of Madeline Wuntch on the sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Sedgwick was nominated for the Golden Globe for her role in Something to Talk About (1995). Sedgwick's other film roles include Oliver Stone's Born of the Fourth of July (1989) and Cameron Crowe's The Ones (1992) The Heart and Souls (1993), Phenomenon (1996), What's cooking (2000) as well as Secondhand Lions (2003). The Game Plan (2007) and The Possession (2013). Sedgwick is the daughter Patricia Rosenwald, an educator and family therapist, a venture capitalist, as well as Henry Dwight Sedgwick VII Speech Therapist.
